Hello, All. All of you. All, what, five of you? Kidding. 

So, here we are: September is winding down very quickly, Coronavirus is still among us, presidential campaigns are going out of their ways to lay out their policies and schemes for us...yea. I won't go there, here. I will ask this: please vote. Please register to vote and vote. It's all we, as citizens, have. I realize that even that is sketchy, but avoid the bullshit and focus on truth (it's not easy finding it, I know) and vote. 

The recording of my upcoming album, WHEN YOU LET GO, is going very, very well. As of today, I have 22 new songs recorded. I will continue until early next year with demoing songs and then, with any luck, a change of scenery will aid in my finishing of the album. Unfortunately, with the COVID-19 stay-at-home guidelines in place AND being followed by Yours Truly, I am unable to record certain parts. Vocals are not going happen until we're in a better place. Guitar parts will also be left until a later date (however, many of these new songs are sans-guitar). 

There is a certain Jazz-like style to these new songs. I have approached them with a Piano Jazz Trio mentality and have been quite happy with the results. It's a challenge. It's the first time, in a long while, that I've been excited about any new music from my brain, but so far, so good.

As time passes, I will post a few samples of the new music right here...
